Each consignment of coal follows this process flow:

Delivery Schedule Agreement:
Parties agree on a delivery schedule, including price, quantity, specifications, and delivery details.

Payment Setup:
The Buyer provides a validated letter of credit.

Assay Certificate:
A 2KP representative is present at the loading site until the Independent Assayer issues an assay certificate, confirming coal quality at the Buyer's expense.

Proof of Delivery:
Loading and weighing certificates, after loading site serve as proof of the coal amount delivered for invoicing.

Transportation and Security:
2KP manages stockpile transportation and security, ensuring transfer to contracted rail and road transportation to the port.

Port Management:
A 2KP representative oversees stockpile management and readiness for loading onto the nominated vessel at the port.

Loading and Documentation:
2KP ensures loading onto the nominated vessel and completion of all relevant documentation.

Payment Completion:
Bill of lading documentation is submitted, and the letter of credit is paid to the Seller.
